The Australian Tower is a stunning macaron display featuring tiers of perfectly arranged, vibrant macarons. Ideal for weddings, parties, and elegant events, it creates a visually striking centerpiece that impresses both in taste and presentation.
Our Square Australian Tower can accommodate up to 232 macarons when using all 9 tiers. The total height of the full tower is 18". The tower support* can be easily assembled in under a minute, while the full display set up takes approximately 45-60 minutes, depending on how many tiers are used**.
Upon request, a gluten-free cutting cake may be added for an additional fee.
*Stand rental requires a refundable deposit ($120.00) and must be returned with all parts in the same condition.

The prices on this page represent a tower with macarons from our in-store menu without additional customizations, plus a 3 days rental fee for the acrylic tower. When calculating tiers, we recommend two macarons per person.

Customization
Macaron towers can be fully customized to coordinate with your event theme and colors. Choose from our in-house flavors, or have a custom flavor made just for you.
Tower layouts can be ombré, striped, shabby chic, crosshatched or alternating. Personal touches such as monograms, metallics or fondant can be added for an additional charge.
