Founded in 2014 by Michelle Naherny, Honey B's Macarons began as a passion project inspired by her daughter’s dream of baking macarons together at home. Drawing on the French techniques passed down from her grandfather, a renowned French pastry chef, Michelle crafted each macaron with impeccable flavor and artistry, using local Colorado mountain honey, sourced from her own beekeeper husband. Honey B’s quickly grew from a home endeavor to a beloved bakery and a cherished part of the community.

In 2023, Michelle entrusted Honey B’s to sisters Aubrey and Amanda, bringing a new chapter to the bakery. Aubrey, a talented pastry chef and now head baker at Honey B's, is committed to honoring the bakery’s legacy of quality, using the original recipes, techniques, and honey, while also introducing flavors inspired by her Southern roots, like our signature pear honey macaron. Amanda oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring each customer has a delightful experience with Honey B’s.
